I am not VAT registered and so I am not set up with an IOSS number on here, therefore you will/may incure additional fees and taxes

If there is an item you would like and do not see it on my Etsy, get in touch with me either via contact form or at lisacurtis666@gmail.com (DO NOT CONTACT ME ON ETSY) and I will set up a custom order on Etsy for you.

Please bear in mind there will be am additional fee to cover Etsy's ridiculous fees

All products will be posted 2nd Class signed for in the UK - unless an upgrade/express delivery is selected.
Item's can take 1-2 days from payment approval to be sent to the post office.

All products sent internationally will be sent by Royal Mail International Standard delivery or Express delivery depending on the weight.

**Please note, if an item is posted via International Standard delivery, the shop owner will not be held responsible for lost items.
Any items delivered via this method will not be refunded or exchanged.
Please use the upgrades for safer postage**

Current Shipping Times:
  • UK - 3-10 Days
  • Europe: 2-6 weeks
  • USA: 4-8 weeks
  • Rest of the world: 6 weeks
Please be aware with international orders that global current events (such as the covid-19 pandemic, Russia-Ukraine conflict and any natural disasters that may occur at time of ordering), plus any ongoing Postal Strikes in the UK, can cause delays and drastically affect delivery times. If you are an international customer please wait at least 8 weeks from the dispatch date before contacting us about an order not arriving.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
